SHIPPING & RETURNS

As per our policy we do not offer returns on products purchased through our website. All the sales are final.

In exceptional circumstances of any manufacturing defects or wrong item shipped than ordered or has a genuine quality fault then we are open to offering the full refund or giving a chance to remake the piece for you. This is at the discretion of KCOTN customer service team. Please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving the shipment to discuss your issues, if any.

Exchanges:

One of a kind items are not exchanged or returned or refunded for.

To exchange any collection item the product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all the tags intact and the printed receipts. International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us as well as for shipping the exchanged item to their desired address.

Refunds:

All refunds are done in the form of store credits only. The validity of those credit points is two years from the day of your original order placed date

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, return is possible for all orders/products.

OR

Customers can CANCEL an order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s has been shipped, The Customer CAN NOT Cancel the Order. However, return is possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

KCOTN ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 48* hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which KCOTN is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as KCOTN continuously tries to naught such instances. Also, KCOTN reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account.
